Selling:
When Landlord wants to sell property or Agent bring a property listing
Direct Landlord : We Charge 2% as Consultancy fee from the Seller.
One Agent Involved : If there is an agent involved in the deal, company will give 50% commission to the agent from the total revenue generated from the seller side.
More then one Agent Involved : If there are many agents involved in the deal then we charge 2% from the seller and divide among all the agents equally along with company.
Buying :
When client wants to buy property or Agent bring the buyer
Direct Landlord : We Charge 2% as Consultancy fee from Seller.
One Agent Involved: If there is an agent involved in the deal, company will give 60% commission from the total revenue generated from the buyer side.
More then one Agent Involved : If there are many agents involved in the deal then we charge 2% from the buyer and divide among all the agents equally including company.
